Your content stays yours

Your content is never used to write another customer’s posts. Your brain, sample posts, notes and post history are sent to our AI providers only to write your own posts, and to nobody else’s.

What we keep

• Your email address and sign-in details.
• Your brain (the interview answers and the document built from them), profile, brand kit, logo and photos.
• The posts and graphics we make for you, your edits, and which posts you marked as posted.
• Past posts you choose to import, so new posts don’t repeat them.
• Your plan and billing status. Card details are held by our payment processor, not by us.

The goals you share in the interview stay in your brain for you and are never sent with a request to write a post.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• OpenAI: writing posts, researching public topics you approve, and making photo backgrounds.
• Inngest: running post creation in the background.
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: email.
• Vercel: hosting.
• PostHog and Sentry, when enabled: which steps of the app were used, and error reports. Neither receives the text of your posts, brain or notes.

Client and patient information

Do not enter client or patient details, session notes, testimonials or screenshots anywhere in Bella Novix. If you have confirmed the therapy rules, text that looks like patient material is rejected before it is sent to any AI provider. That check is a safeguard, not a guarantee.

Deleting your data

Deleting a post from History removes it from the planner’s memory. To close your account and delete its data, email hello@bellanovix.com.
